How We Do It

Abstract title search at MTE is being done independently by two skilled staff members who have access to all resources need to secure copies of all pertinent documents. A cross check is done at the end of the process to determine any variance in the search. The final abstract report is then submitted to a title examiner who conducts a third check on the report’s accuracy and completeness. This is done to ensure that the company maintains the quality of the reports we produce.
