How We Do It

Judgment search for individuals and or entities at MTE is being done independently by two skilled staff members who have access to case search portals. A cross check is done at the end of the process to determine any variance in the search. The final judgment summary report is then submitted to judgment search examiner who conducts a third check on the report’s accuracy and completeness. This is done to ensure that the company includes all cases that attach as a lien to the property.
